With this section I will attempt to bring you some amusing and amazing facts that you may or may not know. Contributions from visitors are welcome.


Have you ever wandered through a park and seen the statues of people, usually soldiers on horses? Never given them another thought have you? Well they have very definate meanings;
    1. If the person is sitting on a horse with two front feet in the air, it means he or she died in battle.
    2. If the horse has one front foot in the air, then that person died of injuries sustained in battle.
    3. If the horse has all four feet on the ground then that person died of natural causes.

What do the following items have in common?
    The bullet proof vest, the laser printer, the fire escape and windshield wipers?
        They were all invented by women!

Fire is a dangerous hazard wherever one would find it, it can also be very useful... but did you know this?
    Fire travels uphill faster than it does downhill

Of course medical people will know this one, but how many others will?
    The skin is the largest of the bodies organs!
